A lightweight decision-only routing and safety firewall for MCP-compatible clients. It checks prompts before forwarding to determine if they should be routed locally, sent to the cloud, or blocked due to PII or jailbreak patterns. It does not generate answers or execute actions, keeping the host application in control.
