Procheiron MCP

Procheiron is a governance and provenance layer for agent memory that enforces an independent-review lifecycle with a tamper-evident, optionally-signed audit trail. It ensures that unreviewed or hand-edited memory is never served to agents, validating records without replacing the underlying memory engine.
