PricePulse MCP

PricePulse MCP allows AI assistants to access live short-term rental market data, comps, and portfolio insights. It provides read-only access to user properties, calendars, bookings, and PriceLabs rates, while enabling market data searches using PricePulse credits. The server is designed to be safe by design, preventing any changes to prices, proposals, or settings.
