A PyPI shim that exposes the presence Claude Code plugin's living project model and outcome telemetry as MCP resources. It provides two read-only resources per repository: a living model.md and recent commit/revert/verification claims telemetry. It allows MCP-aware clients like Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Continue to access this data via a single command name.
