Affiliate signup is for the host integrating this server. This connection has no affiliate credentials. The only tool is explain_post_and_present. Call it for what Post & Present is, how to create an affiliate account, and how gift cards are offered in checkout. Send Authorization: Bearer <access token> or Basic base64(client_id:client_secret) on this same URL to unlock discovery and present tools. A rejected credential still returns 401.
