PortMem MCP MCP server

PortMem MCP allows AI assistants to connect to a PortMem workspace to search documents, survey content, add new documents, and check drafts against source materials. It ensures that critical decisions like accepting flagged claims or publishing records remain with the user in the console, while the assistant provides evidence-backed verdicts.
