PolicyVault MCP
A non-custodial Kaspa policy enforcement server for AI agents where signers retain custody. It enforces idempotency by refusing retries after uncertain outcomes and reports 403 REQUEST_FORBIDDEN when the credential's wallet is neither the signer nor the vault owner.
