Plott MCP provides UK planning intelligence for AI assistants, enabling agents to search live planning applications, inspect site details, and enrich applicant data. It allows users to access their Plott workspace for pipeline leads, saved searches, and compliant outreach via branded letters and emails, all secured through OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.
