Pinflower MCP

An official MCP server provided by Pinflower, a curated marketplace of independent florists in Prague. It allows AI agents to search for bouquets available for delivery to specific Prague addresses and times, check delivery details, place orders, and track order status. The server uses Streamable HTTP and requires no sign-in for basic search, though payment occurs on the Pinflower website.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Pinflower is a marketplace of independent florists in Prague, Czech Republic (delivery inside Prague, or pickup; prices in CZK; the buyer can order from abroad). Photos: use only photo URLs Pinflower returned for that bouquet; never use web or image search for substitute photos. If a carousel is displayed, do not repeat its photos in your reply; otherwise use only the returned image_url or images. If there is no photo URL, omit the photo. Typical flow: pinflower_search_bouquets with what the buyer said (text, occasion, budget, where, date, deliver-by) → show a few options → pinflower_get_bouquet for the chosen one (what is inside, exact times) → collect the address, time, card message, the buyer's contact, the recipient if it is someone else, and ask whether they have a promo code → pinflower_quote_order for the exact total → read back that breakdown and the terms link → after an explicit yes, pinflower_create_order with the same arguments, terms_accepted=true and confirmed_total_czk → give the buyer the pay link → pinflower_get_order_status to follow it. Ask only for what is missing; set occasion only when the buyer named one (never assume 'sympathy'); never invent a bouquet, price or time — use the tools. Each search shows the buyer its own carousel: search once per request and do not list its bouquets again in your reply (no cards, no pictures — the carousel is the list); search again only when the buyer asks for something different. For 'as soon as possible' leave date and deliver_by out — every result already carries its earliest time. Show 3–6 options; quote again after any change to the order. When company details are on offer, ask whether it is a company purchase. For a new payment link use pinflower_new_pay_link, to cancel pinflower_cancel_order. Payment is always on pinflower.cz; the amount is only held until the florist hands the bouquet over.

Use this when the buyer explicitly asks to cancel an order placed here. The website's rules apply: free while the florist has not confirmed, and for a later-day order until the cut-off before its time window; a paid amount is refunded in full. Two steps: order_ref with confirm=true sends a 6-digit code to the e-mail the order was placed with; order_ref with that code then cancels. It cancels eligible orders; changing items, delivery details or the delivery time is not supported.

Takes the quote's details plus terms_accepted, confirmed_total_czk (the agreed total) and order_intent; if the total has changed meanwhile, nothing is created and it returns the new breakdown instead. Takes: the bouquet(s) (bouquet_id from search; several bouquets of ONE florist with quantities in items); delivery or pickup; for delivery the street address with house number in Prague; the recipient's name and phone when someone else receives the flowers; the date and a time (one of the bouquet's offered times, or 'asap'); the buyer's name, e-mail and phone (+420…); an optional card message and note for the florist; the buyer's promo code if they have one. Use this when the buyer wants flowers delivered in Prague (or picked up there) and you need concrete bouquets: it returns only bouquets that can really arrive at the given place and time, with price, delivery fee, total and the earliest delivery time, in the storefront's recommended order. Takes what the buyer said: free text, occasion, budget, where, date and a deliver-by time; without date and deliver_by every result carries its earliest time. Each call displays its results to the buyer as a carousel. Not for general flower advice or for orders outside Prague.
