Pfeiffer Vacuum Gauge Controller MCP
An MCP server for Pfeiffer Vacuum TPG 361/362/366 and TPG 261/262 gauge controllers. It allows AI agents to read and log chamber and foreline pressures, identify connected gauges, change pressure units, and switch ionization gauges on and off with pressure checks. It supports USB, Ethernet, and RS-232 interfaces using the Pfeiffer mnemonics protocol.
