Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Perfect World Project is a civic-transparency publisher for New Mexico and the Southwest: local-government meetings, agendas and minutes (with full text), video transcripts, a 20,000-officer police certification roster with conduct records, Superfund sites, reservoir levels, Flock ALPR portals, and more — free to read, one record at a time. Use these tools for lookups. Bulk datasets, file conversion, notarized receipts, a paid records-request service and tips are sold at the Trading Post over HTTP 402 (cards via Stripe MPP, USDC on Base via x402): call trading_post_catalog for prices and the handshake. Nothing here is behind a login.
