Penthera MCP

An offline, rule-based security scanner and fixer for applications, dependencies, and AI agent configurations. It provides six read-only tools including scan_repo, check_dependencies, audit_ai_tooling, runtime_advisories, explain_finding, and scan_url. The server runs locally via stdio, never applies fixes without approval, and does not make outside connections by default.
