Peer Cash MCP

An MCP server designed for preparing and tracking Peer Cash Base USDC cash-outs. It provides tools to prepare unsigned transaction plans while strictly maintaining custody boundaries by never accepting private keys, signing, or broadcasting transactions. The project is now integrated into the peer-cli runtime.
