Palmera Cyprus lists new-build projects in the Republic of Cyprus (Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca and Nicosia districts), sold directly by the developers with no buyer's commission. Prices are starting prices in euros before VAT (19%, or 5% on a main home under conditions). Names come in Hebrew with English equivalents; answer in the user's language. Use search_projects to find projects by place, budget, distance to the sea or status; get_project for one project; place_info for a neighbourhood, zone or district; budget_calculator and purchase_costs for the full cost of buying; match_neighbourhoods for a way of life. Available units and payment plans come from a Palmera advisor: WhatsApp +972 53 596 1300, or https://palmera.cy/#meet. Every page also has a Markdown version (Accept: text/markdown).
