OptionsWave MCP

An official MCP server providing read-only access to OptionsWave's earnings research tools, including an earnings volatility scanner and PEAD model signals for US stocks. It allows AI agents to query candidate stocks, view historical earnings moves, and analyze post-earnings announcement drift data using an OAuth 2.1 authenticated account.

Endpoint and access

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.

What you can do with it

  • Query today's CANDIDATE stocks in the earnings scan with priced moves and historical reactions
  • Explain why a specific stock is marked as PASS in the scanner
  • Retrieve new PEAD signals for the week with entry/exit dates and backtest results
  • Review historical outcomes where candidates moved more than options priced
