It records who authorized a task, what the agent executed, whether it stayed within bounds, and the verifier's conclusion. It exports signed evidence packages that third parties can verify independently using public keys, ensuring authorization source, execution evidence, and acceptance/rejection rights remain distinct and human-controlled.
