Opentrons OT-2 / Flex MCP
An MCP server for Opentrons OT-2 and Flex liquid-handling robots that allows AI agents to manage laboratory automation workflows. It enables uploading and checking protocols, reviewing deck layouts, controlling run states (start, pause, stop, resume), monitoring progress, and reading instrument status via the robot's HTTP API. It includes safety checks to ensure protocols pass analysis and hardware conditions are met before execution.
