OpenTofu Test MCP

An MCP server for the OpenTofu/Terraform native test framework that allows agents to scaffold, mock, validate, and run infrastructure tests. It drives the tofu CLI when present and falls back to terraform, providing tools to generate test skeletons, create mock providers, validate test structures, and execute test suites.
