An MCP server that provides access to the Open Targets disease/target/drug knowledge graph via GraphQL. It offers seven tools to fetch drug-target profiles, disease profiles, drug information, perform text searches, and retrieve associations between targets, diseases, and known drugs, enabling agents to query biological and pharmacological data.
