Ontology Atlas MCP
Ontology Atlas provides a local-first, open-source MCP server that allows AI coding agents to read and write a shared Markdown ontology within a repository. It helps agents understand codebase structure, dependencies, and impact analysis by accessing concepts, code paths, and open questions before tasks, while allowing human reviewers to accept or reject agent proposals via Git.
