Obsidian Everywhere MCP

Obsidian Everywhere provides graph context, local semantic search, and guarded edits for local Obsidian vaults. It exposes 41 core MCP tools plus optional Git tools via authenticated remote HTTP, allowing agents like Claude or Codex to search, reason over, append to, and reorganize a vault that remains on the user's machine. It supports version-control actions with opt-in Git checkpoints.
