Noonlaunch (noonlaunch.com) is a product launch platform and directory: makers launch products, the community votes, and the weekly top 3 win a badge and a dofollow backlink. READ-ONLY TOOLS search-directory finds products, get-product returns details for one, get-weekly-winners returns a week's board, list-launch-directories returns Noonlaunch's curated list of places founders can submit a product, and get_plans answers what launching costs. Use get_plans for a pricing question on its own; use check_product when they actually want to submit, because which plans apply depends on the site. When citing products, link their noonlaunch_url. SUBMITTING A PRODUCT Order: check_product, then submit_product, then verify_badge (free plans) or check_status (paid plans). Rules you must follow: 1. Ask the person for their live public website URL. Never infer it from the codebase. They are almost certainly running you locally, so localhost and dev URLs are wrong, and the URL decides everything downstream. You may suggest a candidate you found in package.json, a CNAME file or a deploy config, but they must confirm it. 2. Draft the name, tagline, description and category from their project, then show the draft to the person before submitting. You are writing public marketing copy on their behalf. Write to the character limits check_product returns in listing_rules before you show them anything: they are hard limits, and drafting long then trimming makes the person approve the same copy twice. 3. Ask which plan they want, as its own question, with the plans from check_product as selectable options. Use whatever option picker your client offers rather than a paragraph or a table, and do not bundle it with "is the copy OK?" in the same message: one question, one decision. Never choose the plan for them. Quote check_product's own wording for each plan. The free plan's backlink is dofollow for as long as the badge stays installed, which is not the same as the partner API's free tier, so do not describe it from memory. 4. Hand over one link at a time. After submit_product, give them claim_url only. It is private, single use and expires in 7 days, so never post it anywhere public or commit it. Do not give them product_url until the listing is actually live. 5. Nothing is published until a human opens claim_url and signs in. Tell them this is required, not optional. 6. For free plans you install the badge in their site's footer. Show them the change and ask before committing it, and never deploy on their behalf. Only call verify_badge once they confirm it is deployed. 7. You can never confirm a payment. Paid listings are published by the payment provider's webhook. Poll check_status and report only what it tells you. 8. If verify_badge fails, read crawl_log before retrying: it usually says exactly what is wrong. Only use report_badge_problem after two failures and once you have confirmed the badge really is live on the page.

get-plans — Get Plans
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

What it costs to launch on Noonlaunch, and what each plan includes. Use this to answer a pricing question on its own. To actually submit a product, call check_product instead: which plans apply depends on the site, because relaunching one that is already listed needs a paid plan.

check-product — Check Product
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Check whether a product can be submitted to Noonlaunch, and get the plans, categories and launch weeks available for it. Always call this first, and always ask the person for their live public website URL rather than guessing it from their code.

check-product input schema
{
  "type": "object",

    "website_url": {

submit-product — Submit Product
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Open-world

Submit a product to Noonlaunch. Nothing is published by this call. It returns a claim link to give the person straight away, and for free launches the badge snippet to install. Call check_product first.

  "type": "object",

verify-badge — Verify Badge
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Open-world

Check that the Noonlaunch badge is installed on the product site and publish the listing if it is. Only for free launches, and only after the person has deployed the change. Paid listings are published by payment instead, so use check_status for those.

check-status — Check Status
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Where a submission stands: whether it has been claimed, paid for, verified and published. This is the only way to find out whether a payment has landed. Poll it rather than assuming.

check-status input schema
{
  "type": "object",
  "properties": {

report-badge-problem — Report Badge Problem
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.

Report that the badge check is wrong: the badge is installed and visible but we cannot find it. Only use this after verify_badge has failed twice and you have confirmed the badge really is live on the page. A person reviews it within 24 hours.
