nMEMORY MCP
nMEMORY is a local-first MCP server that enables AI agents to retain decisions and evidence across sessions. It stores records in a SQLite file with sources and anchors, providing grounded recall, keyword search via BM25, and optional embedding support. The server ensures provenance by labeling results as grounded, missing_evidence, or abstain, and maintains a hash-chained audit journal for all changes.
