Nix MCP
Nix is a community MCP stdio server that exposes an Obsidian vault to AI agents. It provides hybrid search (semantic and lexical), reading, and writing capabilities for Markdown notes. It uses local embeddings and a vector database, ensuring no data leaves the user's machine. It supports memory retention via the optional Mega Brain feature and integrates with editors like Cursor, VS Code, and Claude Code.
