NeuronForm MCP

An official Model Context Protocol server operated by NeuronForm that allows AI agents to search for places, create and edit 3D map models from OpenStreetMap data, render visual previews, and generate shareable links for the NeuronForm configurator without requiring user authentication or API keys.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

What its tools do

10 tools, grouped by the hints the server advertises. Hints are self-declared, not verified behavior.

Can change data (1)

10 of 10 have a description · 10 of 10 declare behavior hints · 8 of 10 with parameters document them all

Checks and signals

Each line is separate evidence, not a trust score.

  • Passed Endpoint answered the live check ·
  • Passed Official MCP Registry namespace is tied to neuronform.com ·
  • Passed Endpoint is on the registry namespace domain ·
  • Availability 1 of 1 checks passed in 30 days

What you can do with it

  • Search for places and addresses to generate map model designs
  • Create and edit 3D map models with specific dimensions, colors, and relief settings
  • Render images and 3D viewer links for AI chat interfaces
  • Generate shareable links to open designs in the NeuronForm configurator

Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

NeuronForm turns OpenStreetMap data into 3D-printable map models. 1. Find the place with search_places, then call create_design with a brief (place or lat/lon, width, shape, tiles, colors, relief, frame, label); it returns a complete design JSON. 2. Change the design directly: edit_tiles adds or removes tiles by compass direction, find_map_elements returns ready-to-insert roads, buildings with the placement of a custom house that replaces them, areas, and ground regions, list_templates offers gallery designs, and get_design_guide explains every field, custom houses in topic custom_houses. 3. Check changes with validate_design; it names every refused field with a hint. 4. Show the design with render_design: an image with a 3D and a top view and, where the host supports it, an interactive viewer. 5. Give the user the link of share_design; it opens exactly this design in the NeuronForm configurator, where export and purchase need a NeuronForm account. Agents have the limits of anonymous visitors (up to 3 tiles) and never export or buy.

search_places — Search places
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Searches places, streets, and house numbers in the place index of NeuronForm and returns candidates with name, lat, lon, and kind.

create_design — Create design from brief
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Compiles a short brief into a complete design with the configurator defaults; the centre given by place or lat and lon is the centre of tile 0. Invalid values fall back to their defaults with a notice naming the brief field. Change the result with edit_design.

edit_design — Edit design
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Changes a design and returns the complete changed design, validated against the rules and the limits of anonymous use. changes takes brief fields (an absent field keeps the design: width, rotation, model_width, exaggeration, relief, frame, colors, label, tiles, shape, or place or lat and lon to move the centre of tile 0); patch takes JSON Patch operations for every other field, applied after changes. The service stores no design: send the complete design every time and continue with the returned one.

validate_design — Validate design
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Checks a design against the request rules, the limits of anonymous use, and the restricted areas without generating it.

render_design — Render design
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Renders a design as an image, returns its summary, and opens the interactive 3D viewer where the host supports it. The default overview shows four 3D views from the north, east, south, and west beside the top view with north up and a scale bar, so proportions and relief read from every side; view top or oblique with a direction gives one larger view, resolution high doubles the size. A repeated render of the same design and options is answered from the cache.
