Network AIops MCP

A community-maintained, governed multi-vendor network operations server using NAPALM. It provides 33 MCP tools wrapped in a governance harness that includes local audit logging, budget guards, undo-token recording, and risk-tier labels. It supports reading device facts, interfaces, BGP/LLDP, ARP/MAC, VLANs, and running read-only RCA diagnostics. It also allows backing up configs, dry-running diffs, and merging/replacing/rolling back configurations across Cisco, Arista, and Juniper platforms.
