Neon MCP server

Neon's hosted MCP server lets AI assistants manage Neon serverless Postgres projects, branches, and endpoints, and run SQL against them. URL parameters can restrict a connection to read-only access or a specific project.

What you can do with it

Run SQL queries and prepare database migrations on temporary branches.
Create, reset, and delete branches and manage roles and databases.
Inspect table schemas and compare schemas between branches.
Run read-only database diagnostics such as table sizes and unused indexes.

Each snippet registers the same endpoint; pick the client you use.
