Model Ledger MCP

Model Ledger is an open-source model inventory and governance tool that tracks deployed models, heuristic rules, and ETL pipelines across multiple platforms. It automatically maps dependency graphs and records every change as an immutable event in an append-only log. The package includes a native MCP server that exposes eight tools (discover, record, investigate, query, trace, changelog, tag, list_tags) allowing AI agents to manage model lineage, perform impact analysis, and reconstruct historical states for compliance and risk management.
