MNE-MCP

An MCP server enabling AI assistants to perform conversational analysis of neurophysiology data (EEG, MEG, sEEG, ECoG, fNIRS) using MNE-Python. It maintains a persistent session for stateful operations like filtering, ICA, and epoching, provides 41 structured tools for the analysis pipeline, captures figures as PNGs, and includes an escape hatch for arbitrary code execution within the live session.
