miniDesk MCP

An official MCP server provided by miniDesk that allows AI agents to interact with the customer support inbox. It exposes tools to read queue status, search tickets, view customer history, and draft replies or internal notes, while intentionally restricting write permissions to prevent accidental ticket resolution or assignment.
