MIMIR MCP

MIMIR is a non-generative decision model that provides typed, calibrated decisions with evidence and abstention signals. It exposes tools like mimir_choose, mimir_verify, mimir_rank, and mimir_rate via the Model Context Protocol, allowing agents to make certified decisions or escalate when uncertain.
