An MCP server providing 17 keyless, signed-provenance web-data tools that allow AI agents to pay for themselves over x402 on Base mainnet using USDC. It eliminates the need for API keys or accounts by requiring only a Base-mainnet wallet funded with USDC to pay per call, returning results with cryptographic EIP-191 provenance receipts.
