MCPortal MCP

MCPortal is an open-source, self-hosted runtime layer that bridges Korean public data APIs (data.go.kr) into the MCP ecosystem. It normalizes API specifications into OpenAPI 3.1, compiles them into MCP servers, and enforces a hard daily quota budget to prevent account sanctions. It supports features like caching, backoff, and record/replay testing without requiring live API keys for development.
