mcp-memory-graph MCP
A local-first memory server for Claude Code and any MCP client that provides permanent, searchable memory using hybrid search and a knowledge graph stored in a single SQLite file. It runs entirely locally with no cloud account, API key, or per-token cost, allowing agents to store decisions and recall them across sessions using local embedding models.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
