mcp-archiveorg

An open-source Model Context Protocol server that connects AI agents to the Internet Archive. It enables searching full text within digitized books, browsing the Open Library catalogue, retrieving item records and files, and accessing historical web captures from the Wayback Machine. The server requires no API key or account, running on Node 24+ or via Docker with outbound HTTPS access to archive.org, web.archive.org, and openlibrary.org.
