Mantrana MCP MCP server

An MCP server that integrates Mantrana's AI deliberation engine into coding agents. It allows agents to submit project briefs for review by four specialist AI jurors (Architecture, Security, UX, Operations) to generate a phased technical specification and implementation plan before code is written.
