Lore MCP
Lore provides infinite multi-harness session context for AI agents, allowing any agent to read and write to a shared local memory store. It supports schema write capabilities, freshness checks, and live detected-source sync for transcripts from tools like Codex and Claude Code. The server enables agents to recall past reasoning, search code-specific terms, and perform handoffs across different agent sessions while keeping data local and private.
