loci-mem MCP
A cross-project memory tool for AI agents that acts as a router in front of two stores to provide scoped memory. It uses routing, lexical search, and optional semantic ranking to answer questions in scope or abstain, solving the problem where merged retrieval favors the largest project regardless of the question.
