Leo Training MCP

Leo Training is a personal AI running coach that operates as a remote MCP server. It connects to your Strava account and provides science-backed training guidance through 11 specialized coaching tools. When connected to an AI assistant, it allows the assistant to analyze workouts, build adaptive training plans, monitor training signals, manage shoe collections, and prepare users for races.
