lean-memory MCP

An embedded, local-first agent memory system that stores facts in per-namespace SQLite files. It supports hybrid dense+sparse search, automatic fact supersession, and point-in-time queries. The package includes an MCP server bridge for integration with Claude Desktop and Claude Code, running fully offline without mandatory cloud keys.
