koment MCP

koment is an out-of-band code annotation tool that keeps the rationale for code decisions separate from the source code itself. It provides an MCP server that allows AI agents to read and write checked code rationale, ensuring that agents do not act on outdated comments by refusing edits to annotated code until the reasoning is revisited.
