A read-only runtime secret retrieval server for HashiCorp Vault via Keymaster, designed for autonomous AI agents. It exposes capabilities like secret_status, list_services, list_secrets, healthcheck, and rotate_secret without returning production credentials to the model, ensuring non-disclosing MCP output and bounded permission.
