Jobinja Employer MCP

An open-source MCP server that connects the Jobinja employer panel to AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex. It enables employers to quickly review resumes, shortlist candidates, and perform initial screening with low token consumption. Features include starring applicants, adding private notes, organizing resumes into folders, and rejecting candidates with reasons, all directly within the Jobinja interface without exporting data.
