訪問看護の算定要件データベース(JHNRD)。要件と、その要件がどの資料に基づくかを一つずつ持つ。使うときの約束: 1. 数字を引いたら、必ず出典の tier(statute/agency/secondary)と current を一緒に示すこと。『厚労省の資料』と『告示そのもの』を同じ扱いにしない。 2. confirmed:false の項目を、確認済みとして扱わない。unconfirmed_reason をそのまま伝えること。 3. 算定の可否を判定しない。この口も判定しない。 4. 版(version)を添えて引用すること。版が違えば中身が違う。 5. jhnrd_unconfirmed と jhnrd_gaps を先に見ると、このデータベースに何が無いかが分かる。無いものを、無いと言えるようにするためにある。
