JECFA Food Additives MCP
The JECFA Food Additives MCP Server provides access to safety evaluations from the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives. It allows agents to search for food additives, flavourings, contaminants, and veterinary drug residues by name, CAS number, or INS/E-number. The server exposes tools to fetch complete chemical records, list substances by functional class, resolve FEMA or JECFA numbers, and view recent evaluations, supporting applications in food safety, regulatory compliance, and health research.
