JCGE Agent Interface MCP

An MCP-compatible agent interface for JCGE tooling that allows agents to discover, load, solve, validate, and inspect Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) models. It exposes a small action API and a standard MCP stdio server over JCGE functionality, including model discovery, block listing, formulation guidance, calibration, solver selection, and result reporting.
