JavaLens MCP
JavaLens is an MCP server that provides 75 semantic analysis tools for Java, built on Eclipse JDT. It enables AI agents to perform compiler-accurate code understanding, including navigation, refactoring, search, and metrics, overcoming the limitations of text-based search by resolving type hierarchies, method overloading, and generic types.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
What you can do with it
- Find all references to a specific method call accurately
- Refactor code using semantic understanding of type hierarchies
- Analyze class types and dependencies before modification
- Resolve Lombok-generated members and generic type arguments
