Japan Heat Stress (WBGT) MCP

Provides Wet-Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) heat-stress forecasts from the Japanese Ministry of the Environment. It allows AI agents to retrieve sample forecasts, search stations by prefecture or name, and identify stations with the highest heat stress values for safety planning in construction, sports, and schools.
