InterPro MCP Server
A community-driven Model Context Protocol server that interfaces with the keyless EMBL-EBI InterPro API. It enables AI agents to search InterPro entries, map protein domains and functional sites onto UniProt proteins and PDB structures, walk Pfam and CDD clans, find proteins by domain, and scan raw protein sequences for matches.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
What you can do with it
- Search InterPro entries by GO annotation or text
- Map UniProt protein domains to sequence coordinates
- Scan raw protein sequences for domain matches
- Find proteins carrying a specific domain signature

EBI stores the address with job data for seven days, and one address covers every caller of the server."
