Industrial-AIOps Energy MCP

An MCP server providing read-only OT connectors for substation and utility telecontrol protocols, including IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, and IEC 61850. It builds on iaiops.core to offer 80 tools, 75 of which are read-only, enabling telemetry, outstation monitoring, and IED reads without exposing control-direction writes.
